The sitting room is fitted with antique furniture.
There is an underfloor heating underneath the
slade and marble stonefloor and for the cosy
atmosphere there is an open fireplace.
From two of the three windows you have a
marvellous view to the sea and the close
Saltee Islands and from the third window you
can see the Blackstair Mountains.

Kitchen and dining area are devided by an antique pub counter. Behind the counter all modern kitchen facilities are hidden, like:
  • dishwasher
  • washing machine and tumble dryer
  • electrical iron and ironing board
  • 4 - flame electrical cooker with oven

The dining area provides a 8ft long table which fits 10 to 12 seats.

A stone built arch is the imposingly high ceiling of this room. In this arch there is a gallery (entrance through staircase) to use as a small sitting room or for additional accomodation by pulling out both of the sofa beds (1 ´ 3ft; 1 ´ 4ft).
